Introduction
Our Programs Impact
In 2025, PCZ reached over 100,000 children and adolescents, and their caregivers with comprehensive HIV, health, and socioeconomic services.
We are proud of our impact in the following areas:

Health
We have improved the lives of Adolescent Girls and Young Women (AGYW) through increased access to non-discriminatory HIV Prevention and sexual reproductive health services.

Girls and Women
We have facilitated and will continue on the same trajectory to increase access to secondary school and tertiary education, increased access to age-appropriate economic strengthening interventions.

Hunger
We have been working with government livelihood programs and private sector to address the root cause of hunger by empowering communities with tools they need to lift themselves out of this hardship.

Hardship
We at Project Concern Zambia empower the beneficiaries by mobilizing and training them to form and self-manage market led savings groups and improve house economic
security.
Our Challenges
Our programs and projects are designed to improve the lives of project participants and achieve positive changes and impacts.
Our Financials
We are grateful to our donors for their support. Our financials are available on our website.
Conclusion
We are proud of our work in Zambia and we are committed to continuing to serve the people of Zambia. We believe that every child and adolescent in Zambia deserves the opportunity to live a healthy, productive life. We are working hard to make this vision a reality.
